Hi, I’m Jill, or Jilly,

I am so happy your here!


Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began dancing at the age of four and went on to earn a BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Dance Movement Therapy from Hunter College. For more than 20 years, I've dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.


My background includes teaching Pilates, Barre, TRX, cycling, and movement therapy, but Pilates has always been where I feel most at home. I believe fitness should feel supportive, approachable, and tailored to the individual. Every body is different, which is why I focus on personalized instruction, proper form, and thoughtful progressions designed around each client's unique needs and goals.


At Reformed by Jill, you'll never feel like just another spot in a crowded class. With sessions limited to three clients or fewer, I have the opportunity to truly get to know each person and create an experience that supports their success. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, enhance balance, or simply feel better in your body, I'm here to help you achieve lasting results in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
